The ATPL (H) VFR Credit is pure theory training. It represents the condition, in order to be allowed to fly, after collecting further practical flight experience, twin-engine helicopters with several pilots as a captain.

There are two ways to obtain the ATPL(H) theory credit. Either during your modular CPL(H) training or as an Add-On course if you already hold a CPL(H) license.

Babcock MCS Germany GmbH offers the training in each case at a fixed price if you complete the training within the legally required specifications

Content of Training

The training for an airline transport helicopter pilot ATPL(H) theory – course is composed of theoretical training only. Students that do their CPL(H) modular training and want to obtain the ATPL(H) theory will be taught ATPL(H) theory instead of CPL(H). So they do not have to visit any extra lessons on top. In case of the Add-On training for students that already hold a CPL(H) license have to do our distance learning course as well as 45 hours of theoretical instructions.
